A402.2

According to Tusi:

possible beings manifest from the unity of matter with form;

although form can be destroyed, matter is indestructible and there is a difference between them;

the destruction of any metal object is explained as the difference between its metallicity and its presence of metal.

The philosopher believes that simple substances, which naturally tend to coalesce, find their place in the universe in three forms, called minerals, plants and animals, and become real beings.
