The mass of the population is merging of individuals on a voluntary basis, or gathering on a compulsory basis in any common idea, value, interest. That is, essentially the mass is either formed or molded. The occurrence of common interest in the existence of the mass may take place in several ways. In the first case, this interest belongs to the institutions that form the mass of the population on a compulsory basis. The mass model here reminds us the example of egg. The model with tight shell, but with weak interior itself is fragile and usually unstable. In the second case, the mass is formed on the basis of the common interests of each individual.
