To prove the differences between necessary and possible beings, the philosopher puts forward the method of analogy. He notes that the sign of whiteness is also present in various objects. Thus, just as different objects have similarities to each other, so do their differences.

According to the philosopher, in this sense, the similarity of the essential and possible beings, which are in fact the complete opposite of each other, is that they are both independent of consciousness.
