How important is the phenomenon of value for those who manage people?
Regardless of any institutional level, all methods of individual, collective and mass management are related to values.
Values are the most important tool in management. In other words, if the whole system of behavior of an individual or a whole set of people is like a train, the values are its steam. Thus, grasping to the values will allow you to regulate all behaviors.
