For
introduction to topic let’s define the term of “talent” as a main concept that
used here.
Talent
– the utilized (or is able for utilization) portion of brain potential. We may
accept this term as a synonym of “knowledge”, “ability” and “skill”.
On
the economic behaviors’ platform we define the “talent” as abilities of
economic subject, by using that he (she) cognizes the environment in the
certain restriction and are able to change that in the interest of him (her)
under the certain restriction.
But
the terms of “education”, “training” is expanding of talent abilities. Not
surprisingly, we note here about expanding of talent abilities. Because,
“education” or “training” magnifies talent abilities and magnification does not
directly mean improving and perfection.
In
the microeconomic level one of the resources (that is the first phase of
economic behavior) as a mean of production is talent that is next to capital,
land, time and so on.
As
mentioned above, if the behavior happens in the economical platform, just by
the use of that the economic subject (individual or firm) cognizes the economic
processes in the certain restriction and changes that in the interest of him
(her) under that restriction. Thus, by using economic resources the phenomenon
of new value production happens.
