New
economic value is economic development. Thus, after realization the second
stage of economic behavior in the microeconomic level starts transformation of
new economic value to social value – to economic development.
Development
of talent and knowledge is one of the supreme social values. In the result,
talent and knowledge creates the economic system and the economic system
creates these supreme social values.
Thus,
talent from the one hand is cause; from the other hand is outcome of the
perfect economic behavior (in the individual, also in the systematic levels).
