Valuation to “School of mind”
Thus, according to this school, the
entity, essence, origin of the man is his mind.
But, other organs (eyes, ears etc.)
and feelings (imagine, panic, etc.) only are tools for this essence.
Surely, faith to the truth is aware
about that.
To be aware is a mind issue.
But, to be aware about truth is not
faith and perfection.
To understand and to be aware is not
the end of the matter.
The second phenomena parallel with
mind (to be aware) is also necessary for perfection and for faith to truth.
This phenomenon is sympathy and
divine love.
So, according to the “School of
mind”: perfection = mind (truly know the truth).
But,
according to the Islam: perfection = mind (truly know the truth) + divine love
(sympathy to truth).
The “School of mind” is near to
perfection, but is not perfection.
According to Islam, the “School of
mind” is not perfect because of looking to only one side of the truth.
